How does the investment work?

  • The proposition is for an investor to invest into one of the Premier Group’s carefully selected Property Development Funds.
  • Your IFA will review your current investments and will recommend a suitable investment level that matches your requirements.
  • Each development offers different fixed levels of return depending on the opportunity, and your advisor will explain the guaranteed levels on offer.
  • All of our property development investments are fully transparent and your IFA can also arrange for you to meet with one of our senior property partners.
